Job Title: Prayer Coordinator (Volunteer Position) Organization: National Leadership Prayer Breakfast
Position Type: Part-time (3 months duration) Compensation: Stipend of $10,000 per week
Job Description: The National Leadership Prayer Breakfast (NLPB) is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to serve as a Prayer Coordinator on a volunteer basis. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of fostering spiritual growth and unity among leaders from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate prayer sessions and activities during the National Leadership Prayer Breakfast event.
- Collaborate with event organizers to develop prayer themes and agendas that align with the mission and values of NLPB.
- Recruit and coordinate volunteer prayer teams to support various aspects of the event.
- Facilitate communication between prayer teams, event organizers, and participating leaders to ensure seamless coordination.
- Provide logistical support for prayer-related activities, including setup, teardown, and coordination of prayer spaces.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere that fosters spiritual growth, unity, and fellowship among participants.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of prayer sessions and providing feedback for future improvement.
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, including confidentiality agreements and code of conduct.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in coordinating prayer events or related activities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate volunteers and participants.
- Demonstrated passion for prayer, spiritual growth, and unity among diverse groups.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate event planning and coordination, including evenings and weekends.
